Zara Poland Size Chart: Trousers, Kids, Baby and Shoe Sizes

Zara Poland has no single size chart. Each item on zara.com/pl has a “Product measurements” button that opens either the garment measured flat (tops, jeans, women’s trousers) or body measurements (men’s chinos, shoes, kids 1½ to 6 years).

Flat measurements are half the way round, so double the chest, waist and hips to get the garment’s full circumference, then compare it with your body plus room to move. Sizes are EU numbers or letters depending on the item; of the items read for this guide, only the men’s chinos showed a US size, and the shoes showed no US or UK size.

Two items in the same size can measure differently. Open the panel on the exact item before you order.

Women’s clothing sizes

The women’s items read on zara.com/pl (a boat-neck T-shirt in S to XL, mom fit jeans in 32 to 46, long straight trousers in S to L) all showed flat garment tables and no body chart. The two tables below are a general guide from other sites, not Zara’s chart.

Women’s letter sizes

Find your letter, then check it against the item’s own panel. In size.ly’s chart UK is EU minus 28 (XS is EU 34, UK 6); no chart read pairs XXL with an EU number.

Women’s number sizes

Use this table when the item is sized 34 to 46. Above M the letter and number series differ by 2 to 4 cm, so don’t convert a letter to a number by measurement, and other converters print slightly different waists.

Men’s tops

The men’s tops read on zara.com/pl showed only a garment table. The chest guide below comes from other sites; the second table is one Zara T-shirt as an example of a flat panel. In size.ly’s chart the UK chest number is the EU size minus 10.

Men’s trousers

Men’s trousers are EU 36 to 48. Zara’s skinny fit chinos show body measurements with Zara’s own US conversion; find your EU or US size in the first table, and the waist and hips for that size in the second.

Men’s jeans

Zara’s straight-leg jeans use the same EU 36 to 48 but show a flat garment table. Its English labels “Front towing eye” and “Backfire” are the front rise (straight from the front crotch point to the waistband edge) and the back rise (from the back crotch point to the waistband edge).

Children’s clothing sizes

Choose by the child’s height, then check the item’s own label. Zara’s menu and item labels don’t always agree: 8 to 9 years is 134 cm in the menu but 131 cm on the barrel jeans, and 11 to 12 years is 152 cm against 148 cm.

Kids 1½–6 years

Find the age label or the height in the first table; the second gives waist and hips for the same size.

Girls’ jeans 6–14

From 6 years the panels seen were garment tables. This one is a single item, shown to illustrate the labels and how the panel is written.

Baby clothing sizes

Zara’s baby sizes are age labels with a height. The chest values for these sizes were not confirmed on Zara’s pages, so pick by length and check the item’s panel.

Shoe sizes

Zara’s shoe panels give the foot length for each EU size and no US or UK size. Zara’s instruction is to put your bare foot on paper with the heel against a wall, mark the longest toe, measure, and use the longer foot. Men’s and women’s lengths differ from EU 40 up, so use the table for the right shoe.

• What is a men’s Zara 40 in US sizes? A US 31, for a body waist of 80 cm (31.5 in) and hips of 100 cm (39.4 in). From Zara’s skinny fit chinos.
• What EU size is a US 32 in men’s trousers? An EU 42 on Zara’s chinos: body waist 84 cm, hips 104 cm.
• What foot length is a women’s Zara 38? 24.6 cm (9.7 in).
• What foot length is a men’s Zara 43? 27.6 cm (10.9 in). Men’s and women’s lengths differ from EU 40 up.
• Which Zara size fits a 104 cm child? 4 years (104 cm) in the kids 1½ to 6 years table. Check the item’s own label.
• What do “Front towing eye” and “Backfire” mean? They are Zara’s English labels for the front and back rise, measured from the crotch point to the waistband edge.

• Open the panel on your item. On zara.com/pl, the “Product measurements” button shows either the garment or body measurements for that item; the tables here cannot replace it.
• Double flat measurements. A garment table is measured flat, so chest, waist and hips are half the way round. Compare the doubled numbers with your body plus room to move.
• Children: go by height. Zara’s menu and item labels sometimes give different heights for the same age, so follow the child’s height and the label on the item.
• Delivery. Delivery to a Zara store is free and takes 2 to 3 working days. Home delivery costs 6.90 PLN in 2 to 3 working days, 12.90 PLN next day or 19.90 PLN same day; a drop point costs 6.90 PLN.
